1. General Overview

By placing an order with Online Glass NSW, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. We supply high-quality, custom-cut glass direct to the public at trade prices. We operate exclusively online.

2. Ordering and Production

All glass is custom cut to the exact specifications, dimensions, and edge polishing options you select during checkout. The average turnaround time for production and delivery is 5 to 7 working days.

If you require expedited service, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
For out-of-square glass, cutouts, or holes, we require a drawing or template. Production will not begin until these templates are received and verified.

3. Cancellations

Because all glass is custom cut to size immediately upon order confirmation, there are absolutely no cancellations allowed once the glass has been paid for. Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, the glass goes into production and the raw materials cannot be recovered.

4. Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of custom-cut glass, we do not accept returns on any glass products. Please double-check all dimensions and specifications before placing your order.

5. Delivery and Inspections

We take great care in delivering your glass safely. However, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the glass immediately upon arrival.

Any imperfections, scratches, or damage must be inspected and reported during delivery.
There will be no refunds or replacements provided if the damage or imperfection is not reported to our delivery driver or team during the initial drop-off.
Once the delivery is accepted and signed off, Online Glass NSW is no longer liable for any subsequent damage, breakage, or handling issues.

Summary: Measure twice, cut once. Inspect your glass thoroughly when it arrives. Once paid for, there are no cancellations. Once delivered and accepted, there are no refunds or replacements.
